Lance earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Texas at Tyler in 1993, where he was the recipient of the Outstanding Marketing Student Award and the Distinguished Achievement Award from the U.T. Tyler Accounting Society. While at school, Lance also qualified for the Alpha Chi National Collegiate Honor Society and earned Dean's List honors several times. He holds Series 7, 63, and 65 registrations with LPL Financial and he has obtained the Retirement Income Certified Professional and Accredited Investment Fiduciary designations. Prior to Co-Founding Income Solutions Wealth Management along with his partner, Ali Cantua-Phillips, Lance was a Senior Vice President with Raymond James / Morgan Keegan.
Lance presently resides in Tyler with his wife, Sally. They each have two grown children. He is past President of the Tyler board of directors for Junior Achievement, and past President of the Board for The ARC in Tyler. He attends Flint Baptist Church in Flint, TX. Lance is also a member of both the Whitehouse and Tyler Chambers of Commerce.
